Two-way verification: the customer signs in with a code sent to their own phone and enters the amount paid, and the cashier checks it against the payment before accepting. The shop's QR also changes every minute so it only works in person, and reward codes work once.

Rewards are earned, not picked at random: each shop sets what unlocks a reward, such as a number of visits or an amount spent. Once unlocked, the customer shows the reward at the counter and uses it before it expires.
